Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Program 56 Clock Hours The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program at Health & Safety Education Training Center prepares Certified Nursing Aide (who has been certified 6 months) to expand their role by safely administering medications under the supervision of licensed nurses. This 56-hour program provides the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills needed to support residents in long-term care, assisted living, and similar healthcare settings. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to take the state certification exam and advance into broader medication aide responsibilities. Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) Program Total: 20 Clock Hours
    •    Glucose Monitoring & Insulin Administration –
12 Hours
    •    NG & Respiratory Training – 8 Hours
