Tonya Cannady, RN, CMSRN

Tonya Cannady worked as a CNA at St. John Hospital prior to receiving her LPN at Tulsa Tech in 2005.  Tonya worked as a LPN at St. John, a pediatric Home health nurse, and as a nurse in the homes with clients in the DDSD field.  In 2011, Tonya received her ADN at Rogers State University and is currently working at St. Francis as a Med/Surg nurse.  Tonya is trained as a Kidney Transplant nurse and received a National Certification as a Certified Med/Surg  Registered Nurse.  In her free time, Tonya spends her time is a member of the community service organization LEAD. Tonya is currently pursuing a  BSN and aspires to complete her MSN in Education.

Shanette Harring, LPN

Shanette Harring graduated from Platt College as a LPN in 2007. Shanette's work experience consist of 6 years at St. Francis hospital, 2 of which included working as a Certified Nurse Aide. She is currently employed at the VA outpatient clinic and has been there 9 years. Shanette serves on the medical ministry at her church and is an active member of the new membership ministry.  Shanette also takes pride in being a patient advocate and giving quality patient care.

Theresa Basham-Taylor

Theresa Basham-Taylor, LPN

Theresa Basham-Taylor is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of experience but before that she worked as a CNA at St Johns medical center for 3 years. Theresa has been teaching for CNA students for over 7 years before that she taught Medical Assistants. Theresa takes pride in teaching her students state standards for testing she also takes the time to ensure that everyone understands the material being taught using a variety of different methods.

Angel Green, LPN

Angel Green is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has over 10yrs of experience. Angel has worked as a floor nurse and in management in LTC facilities, skilled/rehab facilities, assisted living facilities, and most recently in hospice. Prior to that she worked as CNA, CMA, Restorative Aide, and Home Health/Hospice Aide for 10yrs. Angel is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Licensed Nurse with training as an End-of-Life Doula and is very passionate about end-of-life care. Angel takes pleasure in meeting people right where they are in life and helping them achieve their goals. In her free time, she serves as an usher at Victory Christian Church and serves as an Ambassador for Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
